Fieldfare Dry Gin
As heady as a walk among the fruit orchards of the south of France, Fieldfare Gin is made from a selection of the finest juniper berries, a blend of distillates from over 47 plants, and comes in a bottle sealed by a Tapì wooden closure.
Fieldfare Dry Gin by the new high-end Ælred brand is a unique mix of herbal wisdom and the art of distillation. Made in the Drôme department of Provence, this spirit embraces the secrets of the ancient monastery where the Domaine Eyguebelle distillery originated.
The Fieldfare is a type of thrush that feasts on juniper berries, which are selected for this gin once they reach the right size and ripeness and then distilled by hand to make an evocative gin, enriched by blending with distillates from over 40 typical plants from the south of France.
And the packaging, featuring a conical T-Wood closure with a synthetic leg, is reminiscent both of its natural and of its alchemical character.
